Brookhaven Science Building

The new three-story, 147,000 square-foot Science Building will be “split-level” in design and constructed in the same architectural style as other campus buildings. Due to the site’s topography, the Science Building will be “split-level” in design, with only two stories visible towards the new plaza at the main front entrance on the southeastern side. The building’s rear façade on the north and west will exhibit three stories and will be curved parallel to the adjacent ring road. A stairway entry will lead to the second floor at the southwest corner. The proposed building will be constructed in the same architectural style, featuring the same color, materials, and sloping metal roofs as other campus buildings.
