"The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is located in North Central Texas, approximately 250 miles north of the Gulf of Mexico. It is near the headwaters of the Trinity River, which lie in the upper margins of the Coastal Plain. Transportation
Farmers Branch offers access to highways, airports, light rail, bus and beautiful streets and thoroughfares. Our city is bounded by the Dallas North Tollway on the east, Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway (I-635) on the south, North Stemmons Freeway (I35) bisects Farmers Branch and the Bush Turnpike (Hwy 161) is accessible to the west.
