“When you overhear from a Parkland doctor, ‘If I ever have a heart attack I hope I’m in Farmers Branch when it happens,’ you know you’re in capable hands with the FB Fire Department. Our Police Department is equally effective and highly visible. We have the deepest appreciation for the dedicated professionals we have looking out for us every hour of every day.”

There are three ways to pay for your citation: in person, by mail, or online. Please note that payment in full constitutes a plea of "no contest" or "guilty" and will result in a reported conviction to the State.

Pay in Person

An individual may appear at the Court Clerk’s Window between 8:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, on or before the court date assigned to enter a plea, and pay the fine and costs/fees. (Juveniles must appear with a parent or legal guardian on the date assigned by the citation or summons if summoned.)

The Court Clerk’s Window is able to accept the following forms of payment for non-warrant payments: cash, money order, personal check (pre-printed address only), cashier’s check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Diners Club card.

Pay by Mail

Check the appropriate plea on the reverse side of the pink citation and sign the appropriate name. Make the cashier’s check, personal check or money order out to City of Farmers Branch (DO NOT MAIL CASH) and mail the pink ticket and payment to Farmers Branch Municipal Court, 3723 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas, 75244. Mailed payments must be postmarked on or before the court date assigned on the citation.

Pay Online

An individual may enter a plea of “no contest” or "guilty" on or before the court date assigned and pay the fine, and cost/fees on this Web site, by completing an online payment form. Payment will result in a conviction of guilty and be reported to the State. Payment can be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Diners Club card.

NOTICE: Failure to appear or pay the citation by the court date assigned will cause the incurring of additional fines, fees and costs. The individual may be charged with a separate offense of Failure to Appear, which carries a maximum penalty of $500. A warrant will be issued for the individual’s arrest and may result in the loss of driving and vehicle registration privileges.
