Due Dates and Penalties

  • Due date: Bill is due within 15 days of the billing date by 12:00 noon. Payments received after 12:00 noon are posted the next business day.
  • Penalty: A penalty of 10 percent of total amount due will be added if payment is received 25 or more days after the billing date.
  • Cut-off date: Service is subject to disconnection on bills with a past due balance. Customers will be assessed a $20 service charge.
