Texas Secretary of State Hope Andrade presents her "State of the Texas Economy" address to the Branch Business Forum, presented by the Farmers Branch Business Community Relations Board. As part of the ceremony, Secretary Andrade presented Farmers Branch Mayor Tim O'Hare a proclamation, congratulating the City on its progressive Economic Development Program:
