Oncor trimming trees in Farmers Branch

FARMERS BRANCH ~ Following widespread power outages during the record snowfall this season, including many homes in Farmers Branch, Oncor Electric Delivery has begun trimming trees that caused electric service disruption.

The primary areas that Oncor has scheduled for trimming include, but may not be limited to, the neighborhood bounded by Valley View Lane, Webb Chapel, Longmeade and Castleton. The second area is south of Valley View and east of Webb Chapel with the third being the Chapel Glen and Crestbrook Estates neighborhoods, west of Webb Chapel. Oncor advises that a certified arborist will be present with each crew to ensure that the trimming is done properly.
